4-Day Amboseli & Tsavo East

Two full parks without rushing either one. Amboseli comes first, for the elephant herds and Kilimanjaro backdrop, then we drive to Tsavo East through the Voi gate for two more days of game drives across Kenya's biggest park. Lodge or tented camp each night, your call.

Suggested itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli, afternoon game drive
Day 2: Full day Amboseli game drives, Kilimanjaro views
Day 3: Transfer to Tsavo East via Voi gate, afternoon game drive
Day 4: Morning game drive, return to Nairobi or coast

Destinations

Amboseli National Park

Elephant herds roam right out in the open here, with Kilimanjaro's snow-capped peak rising behind them on a clear morning. It's one of the most photographed views in the country.

Tsavo East & West

Kenya's biggest park by a long way, split into East and West, known for elephants that turn rust-red from the iron-rich dust and for wilderness you can drive through for hours without meeting another vehicle.
